The answer to the question, why do all the randomly developed sciences want us humans to play by their rules, obviously lies in logic:
We living beings consist of nothing else than biology. For the most part, however, this biology has arisen from chemistry, and chemistry in turn from physics, and that in turn from mathematics.
In the end, mathematics is just logic. The simple reality. The simple, yet so unrealistic, so inconspicuous, and yet so … existing reality. If we question why every single natural constant came about and which world would have resulted if only one of the decimal numbers of these constants were different, then we cannot answer the means available to us up to now.
But the anthropological principle helps here (again).
And that is once again based on pure logic: Should there have been a completely different universe, or should there be one in the future, in which the laws of nature are completely different from ours, i.e. a completely different world in which our, let alone any civilization, could not exist, then we would never be know from it. If we didn’t exist, we wouldn’t be able to ask ourselves this question about other decimal numbers in the constants. So the most plausible answer, a fact that is apparently easy to accept, is:
We are one hell of a coincidence! And that this coincidence also provided for the emergence of a life form that began to question what the whole thing with the universe was all about, the logic could not even imagine when it started this simulation. And whether we are a simulation or not: What is certain is that we have goals that were given to us by our existence, and of which we can only really change a small part
(1/3, to be precise), and which we can set ourselves. Goals develop through personality, among other things, and that has a connection with one of the numerous sciences that have developed from biology, through us:
The examination of people for their souls, and the teaching of it. Psychology.
This short-term and brief addition was important to me, although it is not really objective.
But that’s a big part of the book, so that doesn’t change anything on the whole 😉
